What if we place an order and need to contact someone about it?

How is our order shipped?
We generally ship USPS ground for tracking purposes unless otherwise specified in an email to orders@paperdames.com. Please note that shipping charges will be added to each order based on shipping methods and pricing. Please review shipping charges at checkout. Ground shipping can take up to one week depending on US location and one to two weeks for International shipments.
How long does it take for our order to ship?
Our products will generally be shipped within 48 hours if the item is in stock.
What if I need to return an item?
We do not accept returns on cards or card kits unless they are damaged when received. Please choose your items carefully and let us know within 48 hours if you received damaged merchandise by using our Contact Form.
Would you like to host a Paper Dames home Party?
Contact us about hosting a home party with Paper Dames Scrapbooking stickers and cards. We provide the merchandise and you throw the party. Party hosts will receive 15% commission on total orders and free merchandise. Please contact us for more information or send an email to homeparties@paperdames.com.

What if I need a wholesale catalog and pricing?
Please send us your resale tax ID # and request through our Contact Form or fax us at 866-755-8474. In order to receive wholesale information and to protect our retailers, please send resale # with your request.
What is your opening order?
Opening orders are $100 and reorders are $50 with each style sold in a minimum of (6) pieces.
What about Shipping and Handling?
Shipping and handling charges will be added to each wholesale order.
